Submitting a Service Request

Submit a service ticket inside the system to contact support — faster than email, with the full conversation history preserved.

When you hit a snag in the system, or you need FLEXPEO's professional HR outsourcing services (e.g. visa applications, payroll processing), submit a Service Request right inside the system. It's faster than email, and the whole conversation history stays in the system.

Open the Service Marketplace

  1. Go to Service Marketplace (/service-marketplace).
  2. Click +Add in the top right to start a new service request.

Step 2: Pick the service type and describe what you need

  1. Pick the service type:
    • On the new request page, you'll see several service options (e.g. "HR Process Outsourcing", "Work Visa Application", "System Technical Support").
    • Click the type you need.
  2. Fill in the details (key step):
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to describe what you need.
    • Problem description: be as detailed as you can about the problem or service (e.g. "I'd like to apply for a GEP work visa for a new employee — please help assess eligibility").
  3. Upload attachments (if needed):
    • If you have supporting documents (e.g. a CV, screenshots of the error), click Upload Attachment.
    • Common formats are supported (doc, pdf, jpg) up to 35 MB per file.
  4. Click Confirm to submit. If you're not done yet, click Save as draft and finish it later.

Step 3: Track the progress and reply to the support team

Once submitted, the FLEXPEO customer specialist gets notified and starts working on it.

  1. Open the in-progress requests:
    • Go to Service Marketplace > In Progress (/service-marketplace).
    • Click your request to open the conversation.
  2. Reply to the support team:
    • At the bottom of the request, you'll see the support team's reply or a request for more info.
    • Type your reply in the input box, or click Choose File to upload anything they need.
    • Click Reply to send.
  3. Open completed requests:
    • Once the issue is resolved, the support team closes the request. You can find it under the Completed tab for historical reference.

Follow-up tip: Return to Service Marketplace > In Progress to check replies and any additional information requested by the support team.
