Holiday Management

Create Holidays and Holiday Groups, view Holiday balances, and process employee Holiday applications.

Configure Holidays

Path: Vacation > Holiday List > + Add (/vacation/vacationList)

Operations:

  1. Create and configure: You can create Holidays such as public and statutory holidays, annual leave, sick leave, and personal leave, and configure quota calculation rules (for example, automatically granting annual leave based on years of service). Before performing this operation, you must first select the employer.
  2. Mandatory fields: Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be completed before a record can be created.
  3. Holiday categories:
    • Custom Holiday: Employees are required to submit a Holiday application.
    • Public and statutory holidays: Use this category for public or statutory holiday records, then review the configured rules before assigning them.

Create Holiday Group

Path: Vacation > Holiday Group > + Add (/vacation/vacationGroup)

Operations:

  1. Combine predefined Holidays into a Holiday policy package (for example, Regular Employee Holiday Group) for convenient assignment to different employee groups.
  2. Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be completed before the Holiday Group can be created.
  3. You must select from existing Holidays and add them to this Holiday Group, and at the same time select the employing company.

View Holiday Balance

Path: Vacation > Holiday List (/vacation/vacationList)

Operations:

  • Allows you to search and apply filters (such as employee name, Holiday, etc.) to view the remaining entitlement for each Holiday for the relevant employees.

View Holiday Application Records

Path: Vacation > Holiday List (/vacation/vacationList)

Operations:

  1. Query and export: You can import historical Holiday data and use search and filter functions to query employees' Holiday application records, with support for bulk export.
  2. Import history: If you import historical Holiday records, review the employee balances after the import and confirm the totals are correct.
  3. Precise locate: You can use filter criteria (such as employee name, Holiday, approval status, etc.) to precisely locate records and perform bulk export of Holiday application record files.
